A projector is a very tricky device since you never know what sort of image size you will get in your specific environment until you hook up the device and start projecting the image

When you buy a 65 big screen tv you know you will get 65 glorious inches of image as long as you a a place to put it and plug it in

With a projector the throw distance how far the projector is from the screenwall its projecting on will determine the actual image size

If you buy a 10002000 buck projector wanting crystal clear 120 screen but you barely have 5 ft throwing distance this may not always work the way you want

So in order to get the 120 you figure out you need a 15 ft throw which mean the projector should be place 5 ft outside your house after you break through the walls which is not what you signed up for
