I was unable to get this product to work but was fortunately able to return it for a refund

Note that while the outside of the grinder is stainless steel the grinder mechanism itself is made of plastic so it isnt entirely surprising to me that it seems to jam so easily

I was compelled by the idea of an automatic grinder to speed up the process but unfortunately the grinder jammed on its very first use
