In my shower, that hits the shelf and bounces on me, and on pause it goes cold, so that's not great for me.

The head is basically 90 degrees to the inlet.

So, to have it come down on me, i have to really angle the head in the holder as much as it will allow, and even then it is constantly hitting the shower door.

So, if your holder won't allow for a steep angle, it could be an issue.
