The blue piece doesn’t spin but there is a small hole for the smaller attachments to go into

But this part i was disappointed with because i tried using the cuticle attachment and it doesn’t click in or stay in the attachment hole none of them do so i was trying to use it and it spun out and cut my skin open on my finger

It comes with five diffrent drills which each do diffrent things obviously

The power button if pressed twice will make the motor spin twice as fast

The one thats really pointy and metal like is for those tight and more hard to reach places that the full sized file cant do

The little tools attach to the side and as another reviewer mentioned they do not snap in so may fall out if using at the wrong angle
