    Trying to get it to work with drivers from the cd is tricky and frustrating

    Speaking to tech support was also frustrating as the tech didnt know of this particular hardware and offered to refund my money so i could buy the usb3 version which is more expensive bulkier and of course i have no idea if that will install any better
