This item is great. Received in two days as told. Works great. Fantastic value at this price. It arrived on time and works well.
Cons
Three weeks of use before the electrode breaks is not acceptable. Instructions are garbage and needs at least 2 more keys to make it easier to use. The insertion point of the wire electrodes is too big in diameter and does not fit into my device.

The different modes are nice although i found the instructions on what they would give you a little confusing i just tried out different modes until i found one that suited me best

If you notice the pads are not sticking as well as before wet your finger in water and rub the pad it will become sticky again
