Pros & Cons
Pros
Estwing makes a durable and reliable framing hammer. They are always well made and virtually indestructible. Versatile and stands up to *. Sturdy and reliable.
Bought this for my son in law. Could not be happier with this purchase. Not to mention the bargain of a price, along with the fast shipping.
Long handle allows greater impact with less effort. Unlike other hammers, there's far less recoil felt to my hand. I have an estwing chopping axe and it is amazing as well.
In my pictures attached to this review is a pic of a five day old 22oz and five year 22oz. Will last forever.
The mark 1 mod 1 standard of hammers. The weight is perfect for someone to step down to from a 28oz if the need be, for prying nails it’s perfect and you can work the teeth into wood with ease. The claws are well ground for pulling nails if needed.
