I got a defective unit the shoulder strap was not fitted correctly and it caused a slippage of the foam inside the strap

One of the front pocket zips keeps snagging no matter what i do to open it there is nothing caught in it and a minor kink in the zip seems to be the issue again minor but marginally frustrating

The only one downfall is that one of the tags on the zip broke off quite quickly but not a huge problem at all as its all still functional

The main material is fairly poor quality and inner pockets are really cheaply made good that they are hidden
