Was working great and then today i went to charge my phone and it didn’t turn on anymore.
This is a major bummer because the thing that makes the noise for people who complain is the best part.

**update**customer service was great they sent me a replacement and it arrived in 4 days.
I contacted esr support about it and they immediately sent out replacement unit which i received two days later.
Competitiveness
I currently have this charging stand and the magsafe car mount as well.
I tried connecting it to different outlets and tried two different phones but nope.
However the one i ordered sold out so they offered me the newest most comparable one.

For 60 i hoped it was a quality product even my cheap chargers lasted longer than this product
