The only minor issue is the item i received wasn't white on the outside, it was stainless.

The extraction process is great, and you get consistent coffee/tea each time.

I did have a problem getting the top lid to unscrew as if you put the lid on tightly after you have put in tea and hot water, the heat of the water creates a vacuum making the lid, which is not textured, very slippery and hard to get off.

I found that even if i didn't put the lid on tightly, the container didn't leak.

But on the 2nd steam you have to remove the press and it brings up the loose leaves.

So you get leaves on top in the 2nd steap.

The design is nearly identical to the tea version of this, except in the tea version the filter isn't as tall.

It's really like a regular stainless steel travel mug, except for the filtering part.
