    Not having these grips could be dangerous and uncomfortable, therefore you should have these grips.

    The hardest part is just trying to figure out what angle to place the wings to get your hands in the right angle to avoid the pinching of your carpel tunnel.

    I basically did this by sitting on the bike in ride position with the grips tightened just enough to where i could move them with a little force.
