Pros

Ergon grips are a real bright orange and a solid controlled grip that is very comfy on the wrists and hands. The bars transmit more through the grips and make the grips more important as a way to minimum harshness and fatigue. The grip is insane!

They are just right for me. They are worthy. These are the real deal" "the wings are a revelation.

A long ride on my mountain bike is exertion enough for me without my wrists and hands aching. These disperse the weight more broadly across the palm. It relieves numbness on long rides.

Cons

The wing is too soft and doesn't support the hand. It bends down. They also have no padding. Very little padding results in painful hands.
