Pros

The grip is not overly beefy but provides just enough cush and the material is very grippy.

Ga 3 gives me just enough support under the heel of my palm to keep my wrist from over extending while not overly restricting movement. When i need a sudden momentary tight grip and more control, these things distribute your strength more evenly.

Still worth every penny. They are worthy. The only way to go.

Cons

There is almost no wrist support on these. These offer great grip but the support is lacking compared to other ergon offerings. The bar ends, however, are complete garbage.
