I’m outside for 10-14 hours per day no matter the weather and that includes blistering heat. They work great in cooling you down but be aware they run small. Worked well in >112° temps on motorcycle.

Since you have to wet it to activate it be ready to have your shirt be wet but when youre outside thats not necessarily a bad thing
