I got this for my wife as a alternate to a chicco brand carrier we have
It was my husbands favorite one but it has a weight limit of 25lbs and for good reason any heavier and your tapping out pretty early
Highly recommend spending the extra money to get an ergobaby carrier

Oh and ive seen a grayish model on a few sites but i called ergo and their rep wasnt familiar with it and thought it might be a discontinued or nonus model

Despite the three points above this has been my favorite carrier especially for outdoor use after trying out the moby ergo original boba original and ergo performance

The manual describes putting the baby in while sidewearing it and then shifting her around back

It does suggest practicing this and i think its right as i couldnt figure it out from the couple of illustrations it gave
