For now the urban one is good enough for grabbing water in my house. One time an order was messed up and they resent the entire order, they’ve replaced a faulty filter for me.

Water tastes clean and no funky tap water taste. It also greatly improves the taste of treated city water. It tastes fantastic! The taste is perfect.

These bottles make it very easy to refill with tap water from anywhere. It’s obviously very environmentally conscious too! There is no worries of the chemicals from the plastic leaching into the water.

Cons

After less than two weeks of use, the mouthpiece no longer delivers water when i try to drink out of it. I hope epic can rectify this issue asap. No matter how you do screw it on, it leaks.

The base is very wide and has trouble fitting into bags or cup holder but that lid is ultimately what might make to stop using this product

I would have loved to go around showing the name of this company but it doesnt look professional enough with the logo smearing

Amazon packed it in a bubblewrap envelope so it wasnt damaged at all
