My only reason for not giving it 5 stars was that there was supposed to be a finer polishing paper that was not in the package and i also wasnt aware that there is a deluxe version of this cutter it seems i cant cut something as small as the neck of a bottle with this basic model and it cant be adapted would have to purchase the other one
