For the cost i feel you should get longer then a year!
Shipping
I use it for both vinyl and sublimation and it heats up very fast and has even pressure.
I could understand if something happened during shipping !

It's easy to use right out of the box.
It comes all assembled out of the box.

I've had this for over 1year and have not had any problems!
It also did come with a 15x15 teflon sheet as well!

You have to remember how to change the temp an time or it won’t change but it tells you in the manual that you get with it.
