Out of 5 switches 2 clearly malfunctioned

One didnt work out of the box it wouldnt switch one load so i assume one of the relays was fried

The other bad switch developed a habit of getting stuck in the closed state so that it wouldnt react to local or remote switching at all and could only be reset by turning off the power
