An early publication in the field, but a goodie. A great book to get an introduction to energy healing or use as a reference book to go back to. You need to “heal + discover what this can be” for you!

Cons
Donna eden's work is hard to read because of the format. Flipping back and fourth just to do an exercise is ridiculous. Several figures are useless.

There are constant referrals to images but no way to know how to find them

There is more here than i can take in and it is hard to know where to start although she does list her daily routine as being a good place to do that

For the next edition i would like to see the author be consistent in referring back or forward to figures to list both the figure number and the page number instead of the hit and miss way it is done now

Yes there is a list of figures with page numbers near the table of contents but that is a lot of page turning to get to where she is referring you

One thing that bothers me is that most everything seems to be dependent on energy testing
