I keep this at my desk at work to revive me after the morning coffee wears off.Coffee leaves me a little jittery so I can't drink any more after my first morning cup, so I'm always looking for an alternative. And with this product, I have found it.I read in the reviews that some people were expecting this to be mixed with a liquid and it would be a clear beverage. After using this a few times I understand that it's the ENERGY that is clear, not the color of the beverage.Unlike coffee which can give me jitters and sometimes a stomach ache, this product delivers on its promise of a clear, focused mind. I think that is what they meant by CLEAR.When I first opened the product, I was greeted by a gentle green tea-like aroma. After adding it to water (I actually add this to cold water and it dissolves fine by swirling, I don't use a spoon) it had a light green cloudy appearance and the flavor was like a light green tea with just a pinch of maca powder. Shortly after drinking, the energy and focus kicks in. It adds the perfect amount of boost to chip away the late morning dull off my mind. I'm definitely more productive after using this. The product is a little messy to use because the powder sticks on your fingers when fishing the scoop out, but that's what sinks and hand washing are for.At the price I paid this product is a fraction of the cost and 0% of the hassle of going to Starbucks (or wherever) and the boost to my performance is way better... and with no calories.
