Pros
As a hardback it is heavier than i expected. The layout is clear and easy to read. It is well written and informative.
A 'must' have book for anyone involved in herbal medicine and remedies. Easy to navigate and full of useful information. At the end it gives you also the way you should prepare the herbal solution.
Cons
Too much waffle about the history, too many pretty pictures, insufficient hard data. Author statesapricot seeds are highly toxic in all but the smallest amounts. Poppy should not be used internally as essential oil.

It is also good for working it the other way around not feeling at your best and trying to see what herbs there are to improve whichever problem may be at hand
