Pros
You can then push the lights through the smooth end of the loader. The spools are easy and quick to load if you follow the instructions.
Cons
Sleeves are reusable, but getting them back onto the spool is tedious and time consuming. I could never load enough sleeve onto the dispenser to cover a full string of lights.

To get them out i wrap one end around a door knob shut the door and stand at the other end walk a straight line away from the door and pull them right out of the sleeve
