There was a sizable dent on the back panel that prevented the convection oven fan from operating

After i removed the oven door they sent me instructions on how and all the accessories less things to break or cause more damage to the unit in transport i returned the damaged unit

The manufacturer contacted me to see that the new oven had been received and in good working order

Once i told them about the dent on the new oven they offered to refund me the full price if i wanted to return it or if i wanted to keep the oven they would give me a discount on it

I love all the features on the oven especially one i didnt even know came on it until after i received the oven
