The emile henry dishes have blown us away

We purchased several emile henry casserole dishes to replace corningware dishes that were beginning to show surface cracks

I was also worried that they were going to shatter in the oven eventually so we made this purchase

In the oven the food in these dishes cooks more evenly and stays warm longer while it sits on the table
