Pros

Emg h4 comes with a jack, wiring harnesses, tone and volume knob using emg's proprietary wiring hook-ups. No soldering necessary. Loved the no solder connections.

Emg makes great stuff and this one is a no-brainer. Super responsive and brite. Very satisfied with purchase. I'm from colombia, the emg's sound is fantastic guys, i totally recommend it.

Competitiveness

I was expecting it to be better than the noname stock pickup in my budget esp but the h4 blew me away

Very good pickup easy install came right a way boought it for a les paul ultra

But once i boosted my amp with a tubescreamer or mxr od and added a 6 band eq in the loop the tones im getting are very satisfying
