Received it in a big amazon box, then there were 2-3 additional boxes (the item box with the two additional box layers inside) which protected the guitar well.

As soon as i opened it i checked the zipper pocket because some people have received this item without the software.

For instance, it will show you where you should put your fingers for one note under a written text explanation and on the left of the same screen you can choose a video clip of the same explanation with the guy doing it himself or you can choose audio of the same instruction/sound so you can learn it multiple ways.
