I got it for my kid the table was just bumped up to the adult size who loves it the rocking feature but now the whole family uses it as it was great for the postures reminding how a proper back alignment should ideally feel even seating on it for a minute or two improves the back alignment

I dont really want to replace all my furniture with a standing workstation and my lower back has started giving me trouble most likely from excess sitting

After some research and trying out a similar chair of my wifes i settled on this one

Build quality is really solid id say its a quality unbranded version of the much more expensive variable balans chair
