Pros
Very high quality came packaged well and daily use 2-3 times a day. Easy to setup and easy to use. Customer service reps are also very friendly and responsive.
"the jacket looks and feels like i just got it back from dry cleaner" "i get my clothes done in the morning within a couple of minutes.
The steamer comes with lots of attachments that you'll probably never need but it's nice to have. It works well if you are steaming blazers or ornamental trim.
Cons
The nozzle and handle are super lightweight and cheap, and thus could never actually accommodate a good burst of steam safely without burning you. It stops every couple of minutes to refill the reservoir, only making the process slower.
It hesitates after only a few seconds and tries to start again. Save yourself the headache and buy another brand. Would not recommend and can not figure out how to get in touch with the seller for a replacement.
It's a child's toy masquerading as a real tool. The clips are not strong enough to hold a pair of slacks. The design is also horrible.

My first one lasted about two years you have to make sure that you use distilled water or you get mineral buildup and it breaks
