When we cooked vegetables we found that the long rampup time and the long rampdown time meant that it was very difficult to avoid having vegetables like cabbage and even sliced potatoes emerge with any firmness at all

Using my own lamb stew recipe instead of an adapted recipe proved to be problematic because the 6 quart capacity isn’t large enough to accommodate a recipe using 5 pounds of lamb and accompanying vegetables

After making butter chicken i removed the rubber seal ring for a thorough cleaning but when i put the ring back in place i somehow put it in incorrectly and it blocked the float valve which allowed too much steam to escape on my next cook
