This pressure cooker was delivered to my door at lunchtime today. Everything about this large appliance is easy and expedient. It's not without quirks, however.
Unlike more conventional cooking methods like oven baking, crock pot simmers, or messy pan frying,. The epc-1013 comes with quick-start guide and a comprehensive cooking manual. The included instruction guide is well written and thorough.
Cons
Their costumer service is a joke. Trying to communicate with the customer service rep was like pulling teeth!
The inner pot appears to be teflon. I can not find any documentation on what the nonstick coating is. Don't cook with it. The crock-pot is not exceptional, and the pot it came with is terrible.
The advertisements on tv lead you to believe it would last for years & years. Product is not repairable. Will try to fight it out with the manufacture.

If what you are cooking is heavier or lighter than the recommendation the custom time option requires you to push two buttons
