Great product. Does exactly what it is intended to. The pf battle seems to be going my way. Seems to be helping a lot.
Great for strengthening arches. Strengthens your ankles and it is very simple to use. I'm no dancer but this thing is great for working my weak arches.
The thera-band foot roller goes hand in hand with this neat little devise. Great little gadget for exercising your feet. Will update after a while of exercising daily.
Using for plantar fasciitis. Recommended by my doctor as a supplement to physical therapy for a tendon injury. I have one foot with tendon damage.
Cons
