I used it for my original wii exactly once and the quality was awful 360p 20 fps while not streaming it dropped tons of frames when i was streaming haha

With my wii u it will maybe stream 480p 30 fps at best before crashing because of my horrible internet speeds

If you cant upload 10 mbps at least do not expect any quality higher than 480 when streaming in general

When it is streaming it only uses about 25 of my cpu and thats with me having my twitch stream paused in the background

If your processor is i3 or better with probably 2 gb ram you should be fine
