Pros & Cons

Pros

The monitor is stable and does not feel like it's going to fall off. The extra feature for hiding cords in the arms is icing on the cake. It’s sturdy and very sleek looking.

The stand is strong enough to support a samsung 32 curved monitor. It supports two 27” monitors perfectly, freeing up desk space. It is all impressive as it is supporting a 27’ display within 2 lbs of the maximum recommended weight limit.

The install was intimidating at first because of all the extra parts. I like that parts include an option to install with a clamp or a grommet. The cords are easy to run through the arms so they are tucked away neatly.

Its range of motion isnt the greatest but its very nice especially for the price. The arms have a spring like support which helps with the strength but does make moving them around a little challenging. I wish it would go a few inches higher.

To get the monitors to touch edges requires the back elbows to project off the desk backside a bit. I have a laptop on the desk and i have to now move the laptop screen down to see the bottom of the monitor that is behind my laptop screen.

Cons

The up down movement is stiff as a rock and very hard to move. The tilt is almost nonexistent except for them slowly slacking and tilting down. No matter how i tilt the screen for my personal viewing angle, it continues to slowly slack downward until ...  Read More

Both are under the weight limit, yet they droop. My monitor is only 12 pounds, so i'm well under their weight spec. I suspect this arm will realistically support up to maybe 13 or so pounds before sagging down over ten degrees.

Even with all the stiffness and seemingly bad build quality, they wobble so much that barely bumping my desk or grabbing and setting down a drink makes my monitors shake. The swivel on the base itself is so stiff/tight that i have to put so much force...  Read More

Quality

These are really a bargain for the quality and size

The quality in the monitor arms are what i would expect to get in a dedicated electronics store

You will have to remove this whole mechanism with the allen wrench

However to get it to not sag on heavy monitors you must crank much harder than is comfortable with the hex key

Competitiveness

9 lbs each curved monitors and on the other there are 2 27in monitors

One of the arms when i initially installed both of my 27in led ips monitors from lg began to droop immediately

The weight itself was lower than the rated maximum weight rating of the dual arm from eletab

One thing to keep aware of is to slightly derate what the weight rating is so derate that by about 510 and that will give you a realistic value of how much weight the arms can handle

Specifically this joint comes from the factory with a plastic outside made to look like aluminum shell
