The only thing i dont like is salt andor pepperfalls on the counter when done maybe there should be a flat cover to prevent this from happening

It sat idle until december 2016 when i emptied all the salt and pepper out of it to try to get it to work but the mechanism still wont turn its acting like the internal gears are stuck or damaged

Unfortunately the return policy time window was only 30 days and the company apparently does not offer a longer warranty so im stuck with this product that no longer works

Due to the dual compartment side design you have to twist the cap a specific way for the desired spice the cap has a decal with arrows showing which way to turn
