As a cyclist, it is important to rehydrate after a long ride. It is sooo important to increase fluid intake.

Will definitely continue to use these as alternatives when backpacking. I appreciate these being portable so i keep a partial supply in the car. Good price for the quantity.

These are by far the best electrolyte replacement pills out there. The gel cap is colorless and clear, making it easy to see the'salt' minerals inside. Great electrolyte pills.

Cons

Salt is cheap these pills i feel are overpriced. The cotton that would typically be at the top of the tablets looks shoved down underneath them. Most of whatever is in the capsule is not water-soluble.
