    On the 370th day our kettle stopped working so i contacted their support via email there is no other way and i never heard back from them

    So my advice is to buy this with a credit card that extends the warranty another year just in case

    This glass unit purchased in 112017 is heavier that the previous brentwood allstainless unit expired after 5 years of usage
