When using on my face i found the main head not powerful enough to cut the hair on my neck so instead used the clipper attachment which worked fine though did receive a couple of nics without an attachment on

Same as anything you get what you pay for and i will continue to use it would have given 5 stars if not for the attachment coming off in the shower too
