Pros

This pencil sharpener works very well. It sharpens pencils evenly on all sides. Only complaint is that my younger kiddo attempted to sharpen her colored pencils and it just kept eating them.

It was all compact, came with the batteries (whoo hoo, how rare is that? It's easy to use and compact. Choose batteries (included) or by hand. It fits in the palm of your hand so you need good grip to control.

Cons

Did not work - very flimsy. I have a previous one (different brand/seller) + it worked great for 5 yrs+, but this one had less than 1 yr & already non-working.

After it sharpened 24 pencils it stopped working. Handheld sharpener is better for sharpening the pencils without causing the graphite to fall out.
