They barely fit womans arm let lone a gents arms so the picture must either be of a small guy or a larger product

I am a male over 6 feet tall and it is a perfect fit for me in fact it has another 5cm 2in of adjustment and would be suitable for an arm diameter up to 34 cm

This is a one size fits all version and the inner band is not sealed but can be adjusted with velcro
