Pros

The size disperses relief over a large area which i found to be not only pleasant, but rejuvenating. I mainly use it by freezing it due to inflammation post meniscus repair surgery.

The pliable wrap stays cold, offering pain relief and helps reduce swelling. This product was recommended by my physical therapist to help with inflammation. This is soft & cold andamp; it helps relieves my pain.

Cons

No where on their website says they would charge 20% restocking fee and pay for the shipping. Too much putzing and fussing. And again, it is so thin. First of all beware that this item is not returnable.

The wrap takes between 2 to 3 hours to freeze, and only lasts about 30 minutes. The wrap is not returnable, i found, when i went to arrange its return. It has to go into the freezer inside of a plastic bag.

The fabric that the gel pad is encased with is slippery. The velcro straps keep catching on the case fabric which makes it torn up. If the velcro touches it in any way, it starts to pull the fibers out.

All in all this is a very inferior product which has a high probability of leaving you feeling ripped off. Overall this product was a disappointment for me in providing a few hours of very cold relief.

Initially i thought the price was a little steep but seeing as i do use my ice pack almost daily i am very glad i spent the money
