Only criticism is does not tighten very well be carefully not to over tighten and thread the screws

First day no arrival told them to leave with a neighbour as it was amazons new delivery service and they were trying to deliver at about 130pm when people have lives next day nothing day after im waiting home as they said they would deliver it later then an email saying that they tried to deliver my parcel

Then i got annoyed and suprise suprise after asking and receiving in fairness to amazon a £10 voucher as compensation it arrived with a neighbour

Plus i dont understand what others were saying about not being able to hold it as shown in the pics one handed and down low it wont bend the screws are very secure i mean yes they arent the stongest and will start to move after a certain amount of weight is on them or over long periods of time but otherwise they dont

Can hold gear such a zoom h6 on the bar over head strong ass bar as well can be used as a handle with cautiongrips have threads under neath all of them so you can put more longer grips or even weights on the backmany positionsgeneral small shouldershoulder chest heightbelly heightcenter shoulder puts the camera center to you instead of to the rightconslowdown mode doesnt work due to weight problems

The only downside for gh4 users is that the position of the rear handle bracket is to close to the back of camera meaning you cant quite open up the articulated screen when gh4 is mounted

It wouldnt put me off buying another though and its quite a simple modification by just extending the camera mounting plate see pic for my mod
