Pros

My husband is keto dieting, so he struggles to sleep. This stuff helps me fall asleep quicker and i wake up feeling energized much quicker. The only zonk i give is that i don't wake up any more or less relaxed than i did before using it.

The taste is really good, no chalky after taste. It tastes like a juice you would drink as a kid.

Caution in dosing is very important. Great ingredients and apparently they're of great quality. I use a scoop for a 16oz bottle of water.

Second update. This product works great! This stuff works for me and i will buy again.

Cons

Not nearly as good as other products as far as mixing in water. I'm not a child, i don't need this to be a fancy color. Would not recommend, nor buy again.
