Pros

Not a deal breaker though, especially when everything else about this router is so good. It feels almost like an apple product, in how nice the packaging is and the setup and clear directions.

Eero plus service they offer is great too. They have great support, a great app that gives a ton of information.

Eero is the best wifi system you can buy. No need to reboot your network because it is now 100% wifi.

The eeros are easy to set up. It is optional but i didn't really think twice.

Cons

Switched back to a basic verizon router - problem solved. For us, wifi loses connectivity until we turn wifi off and back on again. The problem comes that within a week or two the speed drops off to almost nothing.

If they decide you've violated their tos, they maintain the right to brick your devices.

For me, the product is unusable. You ant take 500 bucks and get away with 4.

The eero software and control is annoying. I have one eero in the garage, about 20 feet from the gateway and it will not stay connected. My setup persists in this state with no indication or acknowledgement from eero. Didn't work and connecting direct... Read More

It is simply fast and easy to install and control

It really did set up that fast and the internet speed is super fast

This worked but was slow and the unifis required the use of controller software on one of my computers
