Very minor complaint the manual doesnt say where the power button is and doesnt tell you that you have to hold the power button down for 3 to 5 seconds to activate

This is a good feature to keep you from accidentally turning the power off but it would be nice if it were covered in the manual

I really dont understand all of the negative comments about this product

However it was because after i opened the outside box which had padding to protect the inside box there was another box inside with the actual product also padded completely

In fact when i first turned it on i thought the thing was not working but as it turned out the device is extremely quiet and you literally have to put your ear next to the cooling motor to hear it
