I use to have horrible allergies, this is an great supplement that helps me. Also, my sinuses are so much clearer! I recommend if your trying to stay healthy and if your having any breakouts!

I originally got this because i have an autoimmune skin condition which there’s no treatment or cure for supposed to eventually go away on its own
