Pros

This spatula is great for nonstick sauté pans and instantpot pots. It doesn't shred like other wooden utensils. This is the spatula that i always use.

Great workmanship. Super sturdy. It has thin edges and so fa i have no issues with it.

Cons

Spatula is very thin and flimsy. It is too thick and curved to get under anything in a pan.

Returned with disgust. It is defective. Now unuseable. Threw them away.

Says made in china. Orange-y shellac finish, yuk. Secondly, i really question that the one i received is actually olive wood and that it was made in italy.
