    I normally don't like wooden utensils - they either stain, splinter or are just kind of weightythis is none of those - when i first got it, it was so lightweight i wondered if it would hold up to doing anything.

    When i first got this spatula, i washed it down and started using it right away, however, it gave weird feedback when using it with a pan - like nails on a chalkboard.

    They are a little thicker than the ones they're replacing, so maybe they'll last even longer (the old ones lasted almost 8 years).

    I did find one afterwards at marshall’s for $4, so i feel this product was way overpriced.
