Competitiveness

Very simple to add to your z-wave network.

Works and integrates perfectly with samsung smartthings v2 controller.

It's easy to tap into the contacts inside the device to use any switched circuit to initiate a z-wave event.

I could even use a z-wave device to sound the siren in my alarm system if i wanted but haven't done that yet.

Paired quickly and easily with my samsung smartthings hub, v2.

Even after making that silly mistake, though, i was able to get the system to recognize the sensor.

One area that could improve (if it's not just a function of my technical ineptitude) is that the logic of my vera system doesn't seem to show xor or nor when using two sensors to automate another device.

And they'll extend the range so your sensors will work farther away from the hub.
