Pros

It is weatherproof and will last for many years. The umbrella keeps the rain, sleet, sun, and everything off of the house. The heating pad in the cool evenings makes it perfect. Amp; i cry when i know the temp.

It is so easy to assemble and the sturdiness is amazing. It is not fancy, but it is sturdy and can be reinforced if one chooses to.

Cons
