Pros

The ecodrink helps with my cramping of the legs. Gatorade or anything like it just goes right through me. I like the flavor and it has no aspartame. I use this as migraine prevention, and it works great.

It's very strong and sorta fake sweet, but no after taste. I mix 1 packet with a quart of water and it still has good flavor.

Cons

Box says 28 highly digestible vitamins and minerals. Dissolves easier, but comes out of solution very quickly and leaves the powdery gunk at the bottom.
