The instructions suggest washing separately before using as the color may bleed on to other fabrics

It took me at least 5 baths to get the rinse water to almost clear of the green color

We use them primarily for getting most of the water out of clothes that we wash in the sink hotelcruise ship by tightly rolling up the damp clothes in a towel and then stepping on them the rick steves stomp

The regular towels we were using in it were so thick that it took forever to dry them unless we could hang them outside which is not always possible
